What's in my Property Pantry?

The weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, that can only mean that spring is just around the corner and not long after that we'll be into the summer months. The market is steadily gaining some momentum, and a couple of weeks ago I sold 14 Tohora Crescent, Omaha, 'off market' for a vendor who wanted a quick and easy sales process. The end result was a very happy vendor who got the price they wanted and a buyer who has found their perfect coastal property. At the same time, I also sold 16 Torea Road in Matakana off market.

As the weather does start to warm up, I expect more properties to come onto the market. With that, I have a number of properties in my 'Property Pantry' that are almost ready for sale. 2 Shearwater Lane in Point Wells has just come onto the market in the last week and will make a great family home. Also coming up I have a beautifully presented modern coastal home that is just three years old and only a short stroll to the beach in Omaha South - $2.5m. I also have two other properties due to go onto the market shortly that are both one back from the beach and have pedestrian walkway access directly to the beach itself.
