Demand Strong - But, Buyers are Picky


As we roll into the first week of Spring, sales numbers in Omaha are increasing as people look to secure their next property in time for the summer months. As I do at this time every year, I’m seeing increasing levels of enquiry for the ‘Kiwi Bach’ with budgets ranging from $1m-$1.5m. Is a Kiwi Bach in this price bracket in Omaha achievable? Yes.
