There has been a lot of talk in the media lately about a predicted significant rise in Auckland's house prices, a potential rise of 7 percent in 2020.
I see this as a sign of the Auckland market finally catching up to Omaha, with property prices here having always remained high. I have always stated that high-quality coastal lifestyle property should remain a very good investment for the savvy investors.
Omaha is a great place to not only holiday, but to also live. I have three wonderful properties for sale on Mangatawhiri Road - including two with swimming pools. I myself live on Mangatawhiri and I think the road has lots of benefits. Many of the properties have no neighbours behind allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet and outlook of the golf course, and, with the right home, you can have views out to the sea.
